Xavier Brunet is video maker and VJ for Depth Affect, an electronic music and video project from Nantes, France.
"L'ange boiteux" is based on scientific films of Eadweard James Muybridge. I resumed these scientific images and recreated in the style of a scholar of the hybrid animals. This video interrogates, at the same moment, the faith which we carry in the images since the beginning of the photography and of the cinema, but also the way today the science can modify the nature and the man take himself for God.
