Ton Meijdam graduated in 2002 at the Academy of Fine Arts St. Joost Breda, the Netherlands, where he studied graphic design. At the Holland Animation Film Festival his film 'Let it Rain' got the jury's special mention. He received the design award from the American Centre for Design for a poster designed for the play ‘Absurd Person Singular’ by Alan Ayckbourn.

"Let it Rain is about the life and times of the poets Arthur Rimbaud and Paul Verlaine. I also made the music. Right now I'm working on a new version of Let it Rain with a crew, because this one was actually ment as a moving storyboard." (Ton Meijdam)
