Cinque asks himself about the tireless creative force into the possibilities of techniques and materials, and expresses an experimental tension, careful to the material research and to an spatial analysis which involves the perception of the user.

"Cinque's art certainly represents an unique esample of an innovative way of considering the misson and the meaning of a monument, being in synthony with our time ... Building a 'sign' that is at the same time 'signal' clearly, and that presents a minimal figurative referment ..." (Gillo Dorfles)

"I observe: the sign that evolves itself at time and at space;
I create: the sign that becomes form;
I live: the Mediterranian"
(Marcello Cinque)
