Born in Seville, Spain, in 1975, educated all over the world. Mother functionary, father a motorbiker that abandoned her at the age of 3. This run away has been moving her world through all her life, making her focus her work on the lack of love and its psychological consequences, and the study of the inner effects of strong emotions. “Like father, like son“, she ran away from her hometown and family to go to Barcelona, where she reached a Bachellor degree in Fine Arts (photo/video), and a Master on Digital Arts. After working as a producer in an advertising agency, she ran away once more, landing in New York, where she assisted photographers, such as David Lachapelle and James Salzano, and artists, such as, Elena del Rivero & Dianne Blell. Next stop, Paris, where Kristina worked as a stylist while trying to become a photographer, still with no success. In 2004, she decided to stop for a while. At the moment she is based in between Madrid and Seville. She has become a professional photographer. Her 3 exes are portraits, landscapes and fashion - in which, many times are her self-portraits. Lately, she’s been working with the best fashion magazines in Spain. Even though she mostly works on the fashion field, she always says: "I am not a fashion photographer, I just use fashion as an icon of the world I try to recreate on my pictures, I just tell little stories. My goal is to contaminate the fashion system with a virus… and that virus, is my scream, is my cry…"
