Katherinne Fiedler G-Daly was born in Lima, Peru in 1982.
"Learning from history of painting and taking as visual references photography and contemporary films, my work is formally developed with the aesthetics of the XIX century. Starting from Romanticism, that added the concept of beauty to all features that were previously labeled as “non beauty”, as well as, weird, and harmful... The children in my work appear as a representation of contemporary adult, marked by his desires and frustration... the childhood leave to understand, like an interior appearance essentially linked to the most intimate identity (homogeneous and unworldly), the adulthood.
